Activate!™

Activate!™ is an intelligent desktop recording solution that initiates voice and screen recording directly from the agent's workstation. This flexible, scalable, quality assurance solution records mission-critical transactions, emails, web chats, and other interactions between agents and customers. Supervisors or other managers can configure Activate!™ to start recording when agents apply specific keystrokes or uses online fields or screen locations.

Activate!™ is a totally flexible, non-proprietary solution providing open architecture for seamless integration. It can be combined with other products as ObserveCTI™ or FocusRecord™ to trigger recording of either screen sessions only or voice and screens combined and can use the online auditing capabilities built into the ObserveCTI or the stand-alone QA Auditor application, which provides enhanced Contact Center performance evaluation and reporting on the recorded sessions. It supports synchronized playback of recorded voice messages and screens, which can be accessed from workstations or from telephone lines and can record in stealth mode.

Activate!™ runs on Microsoft Windows®, supports enterprise databases such as Oracle or SQL Server, and uses state-of-the-art GSM compression.
