CallSAFE also can acts as an intelligent search engine providing
local and remote call access with enhanced features,
such as the ability to classify a specific call using
a set of user-defined call classifications, or to
embed voice and screen recordings into email and other
digital documents. CallSAFE for RELIANT® runs on the Microsoft Windows® NT and Windows® 2000 Server Platforms and requires no additional server apart from the ObserveCTI™ server. Storage capacity for CallSAFE ranges from 320GB to 2,240GB.
