Instant
recall of voice recordings has been an integral part
of Public Safety institutions where time and accuracy

instant recall systems required an investment in costly
hardware, and, often, the use of precious console

Dynamic Instruments has once again raised the performance bar by offering an integrated solution to access Dynamic Instruments Digital Recorders from a remote location. Courier, a Remote PC Retrieval and Playback software, provides password authorized users with the ability quickly retrieve, review, duplicate and distribute recorded calls over an existing LAN/WAN. Courier incorporates the look, feel and functionality of our elegantly simple “point and click” Digital Recorder GUI enabling even novice operators to experience the benefits of remote access within minutes.

ReBOUND
Rebound
is a remote PC software for instantaneous recall that
can run on an operator's or CAD console or an agent’s
desktop. No additional hardware is required, thereby
freeing up precious workstation or console space,
and resulting in a comparatively low investment in
hardware.
Rebound's
client application software applies Microsoft Windows® and DI’s xStreamAUDIO replay technology for instant delivery and
playback of recorded calls on a remote, multimedia
PC.
Rebound
supports two channels of audio per station, with 50
calls per channel available for instant access.
Calls are cataloged, compressed, and converted to
.wav files at the client workstation. When an operator
selects a specific audio file for transmission,
the file is sent across the network in a compressed
data
format.
Audio
file replay can be stopped midstream and alternate
calls immediately selected, allowing
operators the ability to search and replay a series
of mission critical calls. DI has optimized ReBOUND's
performance to minimize client station storage
requirements and local area network loading impacts,
while providing
a fast, versatile retrieval tool.
